发现一个问题科技加速的问题

这个科技加速对兵工厂的科技无效。开始我以为是因为设置了免费兵工厂科技的原因，后来换成普通的兵工厂科技，仍然是不起作用。实测升级时代，市场、军营交易站的科技都可以加速。就是兵工厂的还是原来的速度。

不太可能是单这一条科技导致的，你的测试过程是什么样的，是什么现象导致你得出了这一结论

破案了，兵工厂科技自带YPConsulateTech标签。刚好复制了孔夫子的礼物，没改这一条，就自动变回原样了。
